  • Suspicious login alerts: Unusual login activity — new locations, multiple failed attempts, unfamiliar devices — triggers an automatic SMS alert to your registered number. If you receive an alert for a login you didn't make, contact TabTouch support immediately.

Can't Login? Here's What to Do

Login issues are frustrating — especially when a match is about to start. Most TabTouch login problems fall into one of a few categories and can be fixed quickly.

  • Wrong mobile number format: Make sure you're entering your number in the format 03XXXXXXXXX — without spaces, dashes or a country code prefix like +92. The field accepts digits only.
  • Forgotten password: Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login form. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an SMS reset code within 2 minutes. Codes expire after 10 minutes, so use it promptly.
  • Not receiving OTP SMS: If your new-device verification SMS isn't arriving, check that your number is active and has SMS reception. OTP messages come from a shortcode — ensure your phone hasn't blocked shortcode messages. If it still doesn't arrive after 3 minutes, use the "Resend OTP" option.
  • Account locked: Five consecutive failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account for 15 minutes. This is an automatic security measure. Wait 15 minutes before trying again. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately rather than waiting.

An account suspension message means TabTouch has temporarily restricted access to your account. This can happen for several reasons — a verification requirement, a responsible gaming restriction you or TabTouch has applied, a pending compliance review or a terms violation flag. Contact support@tabtouch.im with your registered mobile number and username and the team will explain the specific reason and what steps, if any, are needed to resolve it.

TabTouch uses 256-bit SSL encryption, which means your login credentials are protected even on public networks.
