TabTouch charges zero platform fees on all deposits. For withdrawals, we also do not charge any fees from our side. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with them directly. Withdrawal delays are uncommon but can happen for a few reasons: your account verification may still be pending, you may have an active bonus wagering requirement that needs to be completed first, or there may be a mismatch between your registered details and your payment account details. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact our live support immediately and we will resolve it for you right away.
